Vacation..........

Tim and I went on a much needed beach vacation to Myrtle Beach! A little sad (okay really sad) that we could not go to Gulf Shores as in our original plan with the oil with our parents. However did make the most out of Tim's week off from the hospital. We left the day after my birthday for a 4 day very much needed get away from life and the hospital. This year for both of us was very overwhelming at times. Learning to survive with the two of us with immediate family 14 hours away. Tim's cousin lives in Winston and was also an intern this year so that was nice and we adopted two other families from Louisiana up here as part of our family which really helped. Anyhow both of our jobs were very stressful (more his than mind) ........we survived our first year as home buyers fixing minor problems (and big ones) ...loving on our kitty! Anyhow this vacation was much needed!! WE did a whole lot of sitting and relaxing. I read three books in four days and Tim finally finished Harry Potter!! Played in the sun and just got to relax and enjoy each others company for once!!
We played some fun golf game! Goffy golf or whatever Tim calls it. In the jungle and ran into some scary creatures (okay maybe not scary)!!
