House update

I know that I said this was to keep everyone up to date so I guess I will let you know what's going on with the house. We put it on the market February 20th offically!! We had one showing about two or three weeks and then nothing...........a whole lot of nothing............blah very upsetting. WE lowered the price and still nothing..........then all of sudden it has exploded. We have 2 showings in two days.........open house scheduled for Sunday!! I just pray that we will find a buyer and can walk away!
