TJ's Baptism

T.J. was baptized July 13, 2014 the day he turned 5 months! We wanted to him to be baptized in Louisiana so we decided to wait till after we moved. We felt we had enough on our plate and that it would be best to just wait so we could truly celebrate such an important event in his life.   We had him baptized by a family friend Charlie Landry. The same priest that married us 6.5 years before and had baptized me 31 years ago!!! We love us some Fr. Charlie.  We invited both sides of our family and everyone made it, which made the day extra special for us!! Fr. Charlie is at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church! After mass he baptized T.J. and then everyone was able to come back to the house to celebrate our little boy!! Inside T.J.'s baptism outfit I placed my medals to St Gerard / Our Lady of Perpetual Help Medal (Motherhood & Fertility).  We had asked a while  back Lisa and Michael to be  T.J.'s Godparents. We had the joy of having both of our godfathers present.  My Godmother was watching down from heaven along with my grandparents.  Tim has never met his Godmother, from what I've been told she is a family friend whom they lost contact with.
