James- 5/6/7 month update

How old?  currently 7 months and 2 days old when I write this blog!! It's so hard to believe that James has been with us for more than half a year!!

His weight? 18 lb 5oz wearing size 4 diapers (switched around 6 months old)  and size 12 month clothing switched from 9 months at around 5.5 months

His measurement? 29" at his 6 month apt and he is officially off the chart!! He has seemed to have slowed down though!

His sleeping pattern? He Sleep through the night!! 7pm to 7 am since 9 weeks and only gotten up one time sine then!! At 4.5 months I dropped his cat nap and he went down to 2 naps.  At 5 months he went down to 1.5 naps  He naps in the morning on the go or in his crib from 9-10 and takes a long afternoon nap with T.J. 12:15/12:30-3:00/3:15pm

His eating schedule?  Every 4 hours you take 8oz bottle (most days between 24-32 oz since we started food)  We started oatmeal a few days before during 5 months old.  He has done great with food and starting to eat a ton of table food.  Life is much easier now that he can he table food and pick up puffs and crackers.

His favorite foods? love him chicken and apples and anything he can pick up and do himself.  He has a sucker, donut, and Popsicle which i'm pretty sure are his favorties since he cried when mama took them away that T.J. had given him

His likes? to roll over and be with T.J.
His dislikes?  being hungry and therapy with Mrs. Susan

His favorite games/toys?  balls and cars with T.J.

His milestones?  March 2nd he rolled over from back to tummy he can now scoot and pivot and sit up and say dada he can pick up puffs and small food and self feed

Things we do to make Mom and Dad smile? more freedom doing things on his own. He has done great in therapy and is making tons of progress

I can't believe he's 7 months old time flew by with T.J. but its going so much faster with James!! We moved James from his infant car seat to his big boy seat at 6.5 months. He sits in the high chair and eats with us since 5 months.  He is now able to sit in the grocery cart and in high chairs at restaurants.  He  can get most places that he wants to with rolling and scooting.  He is the happiest baby expect when he's hungry!!! The boys loves to eat!! The day before he turned 7 months we stopped reflux meds and so far so good!
